Call Centre Agent - Claims Specialist (Legal Sector)

What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients interested in PCP claims.Educate clients on their rights and options regarding PCPAssist clients in completing necessary documentation for their claims.Provide personalized support and guidance throughout the claims process.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in claims, claims handling preferably in the UK/USA industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with clients.Drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive basic salary + attendance bonus + commission
Ability to commute:
Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
