Full Job Description
We are searching for polite, professional call center representatives to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
Main duties will be as follows:

Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Offering assistance to customers to ensure they find the right product/service.
Communicating with customers by email, phone, and face-to-face.
Investigating and solving customer problems; some are rather easy, but you will occasionally face a complicated issue.
Referring customers to senior staff when necessary.
Skills and Attributes

Ability to multitask.
Qualifications

Matric or Equivalent.
NO EXPERIENCE SHALL BE REQUIRED - Training will be provided.
