Cafe Assistant/Barista

We are looking for an individual to join us in our Burford Cafe, for up to 38 hours per week - working Tuesday to Saturday or 30 hours per week Tuesday - Friday.
This is initially a maternity cover position for up to 12 months but has a high potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate in one of our cafes.
You will be serving the biggest selection of brownies, cakes, traybakes etc to our wide selection of customers. As well as making and serving all our hot drinks, soft drinks, milkshakes, bubble tea etc - we like to switch things about and bring new flavours in regularly with the seasons.
This is a customer facing position working as part of a small team serving with a smile. You will be responsible for keeping a clean and tidy counter whilst working efficiently and consistently.
Prior cafe experience is not necessary as training will be given - just make sure you have the right attitude and mindset along with willingness to work and we'll teach you the rest!

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
