Minimum Requirements:CA(SA) + CIMA qualification preferredAdvanced ExcelSage Evolution experienceAt least 5 years post article experienceManufacturing experience Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Review and approve payment requests, ensuring proper documentation.Manage online banking access for authorized personnel.Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts, collaborating with departments to optimize treasury management.Reconcile all bank accounts.Analyze monthly financial results, providing insights to senior management and identifying operational impacts.Compile and distribute monthly financial reports.Prepare and analyze monthly sales performance reports.Maintain monthly reconciliations and schedules for audit purposes.Assist in developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts.Develop and provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Implement and maintain cost management and standard costing principles.Prepare annual financial statements for statutory audits.Develop, implement, and manage financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Financial Authorisation Matrix.Ensure adherence to financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS, Good Practice Standards, and Corporate Governance Principles).Reconcile and contribute to the B-BBEE certification and improvement plan.Provide support to the Group Accounting Team as needed.Assist the Management Team with financial initiatives.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop departmental staff.Implement a visual feedback mechanism to keep the team informed about company performance.Maintain strong financial controls and continuously improve systems and procedures.
