Ca(Sa) Corporate Finance Associate

We are looking for a CA(SA) with 3-5 years post articles experience who is very experienced and skilled in financial modelling, to fill a corporate finance associate role.Job DescriptionCorporate Finance Associate, who will be part of a small team working across the full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including valuations, financial due diligence, and M&A advisory.
Will support the senior team members to ensure the efficient execution of advisory mandates.
Needs to be proficient in financial modelling.Principal ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling - Build and review financial models for valuation purposesData analysis and commentaryDevelop financial forecasts based on corporate information and economic dataPerform sensitivity and scenario analysis to inform investment decisionsPrepare due diligence and valuation reportsEngaging with clientsKnowledge, skills and experience: CA(SA) Focused 3-5 years experience at a corporate finance or similar financial institution with exposure to financial modelling Exceptional financial modelling skills and experience required (corporate finance/private equity/project finance) Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint Must be able to work under pressure in a demanding environment with tight deadlinesEssential Qualities: Integrity Positive attitude Self-motivated Demonstrates own initiative Excellent work ethic Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skillsBEE candidates preferred.
