Position specification: Software developerEducation: Degree in either:Computer Engineering,Electronic Engineering orComputer Sciencefrom any of the University of Cape Town, University of Pretoria, University of Stellenbosch, University of Johannesburg, University of the Witwatersrand, University of KwaZulu-Natal or the North-West University.Completion of the Engineering degree within a period of 5 years OR Completion of the Computer Science degree within a period of 4 years.At least 70% for both matric Mathematics and Physical Science. Previous Experience: 2 to 7 years of industry experience in software development of which at least 1 year is in:C# andVisual Studio.Additional extra experience that will be beneficial but is not mandatory:WPF,MVVM Design Pattern,SQL andC++/C. Specific attributes:Desire to develop software.Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.Self-driven and self-organizing with strong time management skills.Attention to detail.Good communication skills (- both verbal and written).Ability to work within a collaborative team. OtherSouth African citizenship.No criminal record.
