C- Force | Site Controller

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:First point of contact for employee and the clientRecruit and select candidates according to the clients requirementsManaging the onboarding process of new employees in respect of induction and documentationOrganize and maintain employee filesProvide clerical and administrative support to the client and our Head OfficeMonitoring employees time and attendance and if necessary, take corrective actionResponsible for the timeous submission of hours and relevant payroll documentationManaging IOD incidents, completing the relevant claim forms and submission of documentation to Head officeSuccessful Candidate will need to have the following:Intermediate Computer Skills in MS Office, Excel and WordValid driver's license and roadworthy vehicleStrong administrative skillsHigh level of confidentialityExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work part of a teamAbility to work accurately with attention to detail
