They offer a fun, relaxed, and dynamic working environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Perform complex troubleshooting and development assistance for live systemsManage resolution of complex issues to include: escalation, system testing, strategy sessions, and distribution of knowledge throughout the companyAct as the bridge between the support team and business role playerWrite sample code and technical articles on system resolutionsPerform troubleshooting sessions with tech leads/team leadsDiagnose code samples from systems for advanced testing purposes to identify issues and document them completely prior to internal escalationAct as point of escalation for technical questions including internal and external inquiriesIdentify trending issues for systems that may require escalationFollow all standards and methodologiesWork closely with other developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfactionInteract and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, and customersKeep abreast of technical and industry developmentsLogging of hoursStrong ability to effectively lead a teamDesired Experience & QualificationsKEY TECHNICAL SKILLSAt least 3 - 5 years+ experience doing .Net C# developmentA good understanding of ASP.Net MVCA solid understanding and experience in WCF (nServiceBus beneficial)A good understanding of T-SQL, MS SQL, (ORACLE would be beneficial)A solid understanding of SOA and OOP principlesA good understanding of N-tier and N-layered architectureA solid experience with ASP.net Authentication and AuthorizationA good understanding of ORM technologies (EF beneficial)Restful service experience beneficialAn understanding and/or experience with the Neo-Security Stack is beneficialOAuthOpenConnectIdMicrosoft IdentityExperience with Dependency Injection and Inversion of Control beneficial, specifically Microsoft Unity Container and AutofacExperience with Microsoft Open Web Interface (Owin) beneficialKEY LIFE SKILLSStrong analytical skillsExperience working effectively as part of a teamGood written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skillsA flexible approach and ability to adaptAbility to work under own initiative and under pressure
