We are looking for a Head of Embedded Partner Oversight to join our fast-growing Financial Crime Operations team. This role will report to the Head of Financial Crime Operations.
As the Head of Embedded Partner Oversight, you will lead detailed, comprehensive assessments of all new Embedded Partners to evaluate the strength of their control environments. This will involve gaining an in-depth understanding of each partner's operating model, including their systems, processes, controls, and team structure.
After a partner is live, you will oversee their ongoing monitoring and control performance, evaluating both qualitative and quantitative data to identify any residual risks, all in alignment with BVNK's risk taxonomy. Additionally, you will ensure that all oversight activities adhere to the established model, including chairing governance sessions as needed.
The role will involve direct engagement with Embedded Partners, and interaction across several internal functions which will require strong stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
This is an exciting and challenging role, and candidates must be robust to ensure BVNK's Embedded Product Financial Crime Risk is within risk appetite.
