This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing data entry, and supporting Buyers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications: Matriculation certificate Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role Key Responsibilities: Capture and manage procurement and purchasing data Resolve branch queries Record and analyze statistics Perform general administrative duties Assist Buyers with procurement tasks Knowledge of Syspro  Proficient in computer applications Advanced skills in Excel, including spreadsheets, graphs, and formulas Behavioural Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Effective team collaboration Ability to work under pressure Proactive and innovative approach Please Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
