Job category: Other: FMCG, Retail, Wholesale and Supply ChainLocation: Cape TownContract: PermanentEE position: NoIntroductionTo achieve the team's goals by providing administrative support to the Buyer to ensure the smooth running of the department/portfolio.ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring the product range is delivered timeously to meet our customers' needsProvide input into the development and delivery of the departmental strategyEnsure garments are available for all reviewsManagement of Critical Path via RMS / QuestContract and purchase order managementEnsure that all red and black seals are approvedAdminister all contract and import ordersAdminister and maintain RMS, including item setup, preparation, and management of contracting and buying ordering processManage the control of review and marketing samples as well as sample salesEnsure that the venue and relevant documents are prepared for reviewsLiaise with stores, franchisees, and suppliersMinimum RequirementsRelevant qualification (i.e. Design, Clothing and Retail Management)Administrative experience in a retail environment preferable or experience in a clothing manufacturing environmentPrevious buying experience (advantageous)
