Buyers Assistant

Responsibilities:Assisting with buying admin responsibilities (raising orders, amending purchase orders, maintaining buyer assortment plans, compiling buyer brief sheets)Compiling pre-packs and communicating additional order information to suppliersSupporting the team in all activities on a daily basis designed to ensure achievement of department budgetsMaintaining and arranging buyer samples according to predetermined instructionsRail maintenance and product trackingAssisting Buyers with preparing for key strategic meetingsMeeting required deadlines as per critical pathMaintaining good relationships while liaising with suppliers on behalf of BuyerKeeping abreast of competition Requirements:1-2 years administrative experience and creative exposureMicrosoft Office efficiency and basic skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong admin and organizational skillsReliability and consistencyExceptional communication skillsCreative and passionateFashion enthusiast
