Resolve queries within the P2P process.
Adhere at all times to the P2P policies and procedures.
Create issue, modify and process purchase requisitions.
Communicate with end users on status of purchase orders.
Assist to determine and select suitable suppliers (based on criteria such as description, price, quality, and lead times) for procuring goods and services.
Receive and evaluate quotations.
Maintain and update database of OEM and Preferred Suppliers. About you:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
3 years' buying experience in mining environment
Computer literate - excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Good knowledge of the SAP MM module and experience on the Coupa System
Accurate and attention to detail with figures and numbers, diligent, self-motivated, deadline driven as well as a team worker
Proven writing/administrative skills
