Buyer Relationship Manager, Fresh Produce

Nile's core market is growing rapidly and we are expanding our team to improve our engagement with buyers. We are looking to hire an experienced Relationship Manager to manage high value relationships. We believe Nile is the future of fresh produce trading and looking for a self-starter that wants to build that future with us!Responsibilities include:Drive adoption of Nile's online platform by training users to leverage the online functionalityBuild strong relationships with key buyers on the Nile platformResponsible to grow turnover of business within a given group of buyersSupport buyers with queries and exceptionsRequirementsCandidates with prior experience in the fields with relevant skill sets are more likely to have the requisite skills:Fresh produce marketingSales within food distribution businessesAgricultural commodity tradingFreight brokersExcellent communicator with a high degree of ownershipAbility to build strong business relationshipsBachelor's degree is preferredSales-minded individual is preferredBenefitsModern work environment with fun team cultureCompetitive remuneration, with potential upside through bonuses and other incentivesExposure to E-commerce and new ways of workingStandard travel and communication reimbursements
