Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Financial Manager in sourcing packaging from pre-approved manufacturing sites globallyEvaluate and compare proposals and select the best optionEnsure that the best possible value is obtained by optimizing production and logistics efficienciesPrepare and process purchase orders and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate and completeMonitor factory performance and ensure that all deliveries are made on timeResolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers, vendors, or clientsMaintain technical master files on the ERP systemCreate Product Specifications, master COC and DOC documentsConsult with Sales regarding client forecasts and updating the forecasting modelDesired Experience & QualificationSuitable formal qualification will be an advantageA minimum of 5 years in the flexible packaging industryIdeally from estimating, production planning or procurement backgroundStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented, highly accurate, organized working methodsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to multitask and work well under pressurePackage & RemunerationR35,000-R40,000 CTC (Negotiable)Interested?Please only apply for this position if you meet all the requirements.
