We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:Purchase Order Management:Weekly Supplier Order book alignment and management, inclusive of pumps and aftermarket sales requirement.Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.Supplier Coordination and communicationCommunicate change requirements with suppliers via COUPAManage price increase requests, quotation process and lead times.Manage and monitor Supplier OTD.Manage supplier via COUPA change requests( delivery dates, price amendments)Supplier Performance and Data Management:Create and manage matrices to measure supplier performance( OTD, Backlog)Manage supplier deliveriesSubcontracting and Special Projects, Pumps slottingManage subcontracting activities.Handle special projects as needed to support overall supply chain efficiency.Attendance and management of Slotting Room Procurement requirements · Safety FirstDemonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: · Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.·Matric.
