We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our client's procurement team.
The Buyer will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring that high-quality materials and services are acquired at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Responsibilities:Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs based on market trends and internal requirements.Collaborate with various departments to understand specific material needs and specifications.Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, quality, or delivery delays.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities.
