Duties And Responsibilities: Prepare and raise purchase ordersFollowing up with Suppliers on deliveries and supply issuesManagement of Outstanding Orders dailyResolve price, quality, delivery or invoicing issues with SuppliersMonitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunityPrepare reports and updates as and when requiredBuild, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and proceduresCompile data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluationAssist with Administration Any other admin related duties as required by the company Requirements: Degree or 3-year Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management Or equivalent qualification3-5 years purchasing experienceExcellent interpersonal and negotiating skillsGood communication skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and to be able to work under pressureWilling to put in the extra effort to achieve goalsAnalytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem - solving abilitiesKeen attention to detail and accuracyExperience in use of MS office
