Main PurposeTo take charge and procure Footwear products within specified parameters whilst adhering to OTB (Open To Buy) / Purchasing Budgets, GP and Markdowns within the business.To manage product processes from conception to delivery of order.To support the needs of the Footwear Department and functions within the business whilst inspiring innovation and future trends.To be proficient across all roles related to the buying department whilst reporting on key areas relating to the business performance.Minimum RequirementsMatricRelevant Degree / Diploma (Advantageous)Advanced ExcelValid Drivers LicenseKey Performance Areas / ResponsibilitiesProduct AnalysisAnalyse product review and analysis of previous seasonsReport on supplier SWOTAnalyse competitor product and pricingInterpret global trends in context of the company's target marketsCollate product feedback by maintaining close communication with stores In-depth Data analysis of footwear department on a wholeReporting on Key areas within footwear departmentMonitoring workflow and assisting where necessaryAssortment Planning and Product ProcurementPlace orders to released OTB within agreed criteria / targets and policyEnsure OTB fulfilment (category + seasonal)Track all order status' within the Footwear DepartmentMonitor the data integrity of orders capturedEnsure relevant product for promotional activitiesManagement of supply chain from placement of order to delivery including quality approval.Weekly analysis of trade against sales plan and adjust forward orders accordinglyReview of best and worst sellers by category and adjust forward orders accordinglyDetermine promotional and markdown pricingManage outstanding orders and order amendmentsHousekeepingMaintain cleanliness in office
