Butcher Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: Follow recipes, oversee that quantities list is given to productionHousekeeping, merchandising, layout, image, pricingMaintain cleanliness and order in the storeSafe-keeping of the store (opening and closing)Check all equipment is in a working condition (fridges, temperatures etc.)Regular fridge walksMaintain stock, supplies and inventoriesHead stock take in the storeWeekly stock take (explain variances to Regional Management)Stock control – rotating stock properly to ensure no wasteOversee Display presentation of stock in countersReceive and check the quality of the products, weights are correctMeet sales budgetsManage expenses, systems, budgetsMaintaining cash controls, purchasing and rotating the stockLabour CostPlan daily tasks, communicate, follow upFollow work processes, manage stock and informationManage customer orders and bulk ordersPlace orders as per need.
