Here is your opportunity!What you will be expected to do as a Business Unit CoordinatorWorking with the SHEQ Manager to ensure that the department complies with the requirements of the company's Health & Safety and Food Safety policiesControlling and monitoring of all raw material and finished goods into and out of the departmentAccurate weekly stock takes of raw materials, finished goods and consumablesMaterial reconciliations and capturing of data into SAPUpdating the efficiency schedules on a daily basisUpdating weekly staffing plans, training plans and wage schedulesGeneral administrative duties as required by the Production ManagerUpdate the register of NCQR and CFAR's for monitoring of trends and statisticsFollow up on DRM actionsSubmit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requestsAssist with staff and general queriesWhat skills you will need in this position: Minimum of a National Diploma, a Degree is preferred.Have at least 2-3 years' experience in an administrative type positionExperience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be advantageousExcellent computer skills, (advanced Excel essential)Excellent administration skillsSAP knowledge advantageousHigh levels of accuracyGood communication skillsHighly motivated team playerAre you someone that:Is highly accurate with excellent attention to detailEnjoys being logical and systematicIs highly organized in all that they doSomebody who always thinks about what is best for the CustomerEnjoys being part of a Production teamA team-playerResilienceStrong sense of urgency/deadline drivenTakes responsibility/owns their areaWillingness to help and make it happenLots of energy and passion for people
