This opportunity is for a full-time position with a hybrid work policy.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess some experience in administration and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess some experience in administration and financial reporting.
Responsibilities: ? Facilitate orders and payments to suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
? Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to events and office supplies.
? Support the planning and execution of social events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
? Update and maintain financial reports, including payroll reports.
? Coordinate facility management tasks, including maintenance arrangements and logistics.
? Monitor the info email address and distribute or act on correspondence as necessary.
? Assist with time report submissions, leave processing, and related reporting on an ad-hoc basis.
? Verify overtime and payroll calculations for accuracy.
? Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure efficient information management.
? Support team communication and collaboration as needed.
? Answer the office phone and intercom, take messages, and direct visitors or walk-ins appropriately when in the office.
Requirements: ? Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a business or financial support context.
? A degree or qualification in finance, administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction.
? Excellent interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite including calendar scheduling.
? Familiarity with facilities management processes is advantageous for supporting office operations.
? Experience in event planning would be a bonus.
