Business Support AdministratorPOSITION SNAPSHOTType of work: On siteType of contract: Open-ended/permanentFull/Part Time: Full timeLocation: Johannesburg, ZAPOSITION DESCRIPTIONRole Summary:The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing support to the Franchisor team as well as adhoc assistance to the Franchise Dealer Network. In order to provide such assistance, the incumbent will be required to have a clear and concise understanding of the Franchise Management System (FMS) as well as SAP (Official ERP System).This role involves generating, reviewing, and invoicing suppliers for dealer product bonuses, supplier rebates as well as handling other financial, operational, marketing, and procurement tasks.Duties and Responsibilities:Processing of all Supplier Product bonusesProcessing of all Dealer Marketing fund claimsProcessing of all Fnb E-Bucks requestsProcessing of all Supplier rebatesCollaborate with the debtor's team regarding information pertinent to receipting:Product bonuses (Supplier & Dealer)Supplier rebates (Head office & Dealer)Marketing rand spendExport of all FMS transactions to be processed through Winshuttle on SAPReconciliation of both FMS & SAP Debtors accountsPreparation and processing of all Dealer franchise fee invoicesPreparation and processing of all Dealer marketing contribution invoicesAssist individual dealers with FMS queries and documentation (Point of Contact for customer complaints)Support Area and Regional Managers with Adhoc FMS queriesSupport Marketing Campaigns:Booking out all brand merchandiseBulletin communicationsLog Weekly Skynet collections for NPOs, Wheel Well, etc.Processing of all Purchase Orders relating to:Marketing Fund SpendDealer SignageAdhoc Operational expenditure (Capex, Rentals, etc.)Ensuring all relevant expenditure is submitted for payment, following up where difficulties ariseMaintaining SAP Housekeeping reports, for completeness and validityEducation:Minimum 3 year Degree in Accounting/Business Management/Marketing Management or similar fieldSkills:Knowledge of SAP and/or FMS would be advantageousProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyKnowledge of finance, procurement, and marketing processesWhy should you apply?We are passionate about our people and want to offer them the opportunity to develop and growBridgestone as a global company drives your career to the next level by offering you possibilities to work in an international settingYou will have the opportunity to work with leading technologiesWe help you to drive your career path onward and upward work in a culture of feedback that recognizes you and helps your developmentYou will work in a healthy and safety environment, as safety is a key priority area in BridgestoneIf you can demonstrate the skills we are looking for and would like to make a difference in a Pioneering company dedicated to shaping a sustainable future of real-world mobility solutions, join us at Bridgestone!MORE INFORMATIONAll applications will be reviewed.
