Are you someone who can: Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsTake ownership and accountability for the issues assigned or undertaken and communicate effectively with the Business by working closely with the SME to ensure best practices.Conduct client focus groups including work study analysis in order to derive a clear understanding of client user needs and requirements from a process point of view and work diligently with the technical team to translate business requirementsOperational workflow analysis and design of business processes (business process modelling) to simplify and streamline existing processes.Managing and driving the strategic implementation of solutions across the continuum of customer base against set roadmaps and delivery datesDrive the defining of business requirements, mould the solution with the technical partners and account for the delivery of the solution in terms of the agreed design to meet business needs.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in BSc Information Systems, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, BBusSc or relatedExperience - 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar environmentIn-depth understanding of financial data and banking information systemsExpert knowledge of Excel and AccessExperience with development and interpretation of reportsStrong knowledge and use of design process tools (e.g. Visio, Firstmap)In-depth knowledge and skills on SQL codingYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you can: Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsProvide new feature pilot support if products are tested for implementationConduct monthly uploading of data and extraction and store reports.Manage own development to increase own competenciesRe-engineer the development, education and automation of processes to assist in the transfer of knowledge.Strategic implementations and moulding solutions with the technical partners.Drive resolution of Production Incidents, monitoring the processes, and assist with reporting, stakeholder management, process enhancements and requirement grooming.Are you interested to take the step?
