Are you someone who can: Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Take ownership and accountability for the issues assigned or undertaken and communicate effectively with the Business by working closely with the SME to ensure best practices.Conduct client focus groups including work study analysis in order to derive a clear understanding of client user needs and requirements from a process point of view and work diligently with the technical team to translate business requirements.Perform operational workflow analysis and design of business processes (business process modelling) to simplify and streamline existing processes.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Hold a relevant degree in BSc Information Systems, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, BBusSc, or related fields.Have 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar environment.Possess an in-depth understanding of financial data and banking information systems.Have expert knowledge of Excel and Access.Experience with development and interpretation of reports.Strong knowledge and use of design process tools (e.g., Visio, Firstmap).In-depth knowledge and skills in SQL coding.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging working conditions.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you can: Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Provide new feature pilot support if products are tested for implementation.Conduct monthly uploading of data and extraction and store reports.Manage your own development to increase your competencies.Re-engineer the development, education, and automation of processes to assist in the transfer of knowledge.Strategically implement and mould solutions with the technical partners.Drive resolution of production incidents, monitor the processes, and assist with reporting, stakeholder management, process enhancements, and requirement grooming.Are you interested to take the step?
