Reference: JHB006286-MM1-2A leading cash management company based in Houghton is urgently looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to be responsible for undertaking specialist feasibility analysis, evaluations of business projects, and advising on the optimisation of resources and profitability of projects. The role involves conducting special studies and preparing recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action across the business.Responsibilities include executing small to complex projects, often handling more than one complex project at a time, and coaching others. The analyst will also be responsible for the execution of small to medium tactical projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn order to be considered, the following is required:Business or IT related qualificationBusiness Analysis and testing course advantageousIIBA/CBAP certification3 – 5 years working experience with exposure to business solutions design, with strong capabilities in business analysis and testingExposure to project management, project budgets, and related processesProcess redesign and mapping on an operational level, change control methodologies3 – 5 years' experience in managing small to medium tactical projectsResponsibilities:Define business requirements and solutionsProvide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high moraleLead as an Ambassador and executor of ChangeDrive the organisational cultureIf you would like to email your CV directly, please send it to ****** displayed above is not limited to advertisement.
