Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual for a Business Sales Role to drive business development and sales across South Africa and the SADC region, including Lesotho, Swaziland, and Namibia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to excel in a competitive, high-turnover environment.
Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across South Africa and cross-border regions (Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia).
Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of services within the logistics, supply chain, and transportation industries.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships within the region.
Navigate high-turnover environments with a focus on consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Implement effective communication structures to streamline sales operations and client interactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
Key Skills Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in high-turnover environments.
Strong understanding of the SADC region, with experience in Lesotho, Swaziland, and Namibia.
