Matric or a relevant tertiary qualificationA minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and salesKnowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry will be beneficialStrong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clientsProject management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challengesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentGood grasp of mathematical conceptsComputer literate (MS Office)A valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle (essential) Sell the Company to Frail care homesConduct presentations to prospective clientsEstablish the clients'' needs / requirements and advise of the benefits of utilizing the CompanyDraw up quotes in conjunction with the General Manager, Business development executive, branch manager, business manager and Managing Director.Present quotes to clients and negotiate accordinglyFollow up on all visits / quotes to clientsPromote the Company to all staff that is not already registered with the CompanyLiaise with all operational staff regarding their logistical issues (Related to efficient service delivery to our Clients)Provide daily / weekly feedback reports as to the activity in the fieldObtain competitor information and submit to relevant supervisor /manager for further investigation by managementBuild and maintain relationships with our clients and staffManage new business brought into the Company Ensure that clients remain active with the CompanyEnsure that the contracted clients of medical professional credit control is monitored.
Provide an overview on a monthly basis Advise on the contracted medical professionals pay rates and charge ratesWeekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets met by the contracted medical professionals (registered with HPCSA who are not nurses) Ensure that all contracted medical professionals sales and client policies and procedures are adhered toSupport the monitoring of operational staff performance by ongoing assessments and evaluations (Ongoing follow-up with supervisors and/or managers of Client facilities related to staff performance to ensure quality service delivery to the Clients in line with Client''s requirements)Source new business opportunities for contracted medical professionalsLead, direct and motivate the sales team / consultants to achieve the overall Company sales objectionsReview and implement the sales strategy plans Generate new sales opportunities by identifying opportunities appropriate to clientsMonitor, follow up and action tender requestsDiligently follow / implement the Company''s Processes and Procedures related to Permanent Staff Recruitment for a ClientReceive job specifications from clients and familiarize oneself with job specifications for each clientClient visitation and build relationships to obtain detailed job specification and information related to a required position which will assist in the selection of suitable candidates who could be promoted to the Client for possible employmentCollaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive and innovative proposals that address key accounts'' needs and align with the Company''s overall objectivesPrepare and deliver compelling presentations to key clients, showcasing the benefits of cross-divisional collaboration and our capacity to meet their evolving needsProactively identify and address potential risks related to cross-divisional projects and client relationships, ensuring timely mitigation measures are in placeStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to both internal teams and key accounts Possess a "can do" attitudeBe sales minded, and target drivenWell organisedTeam player
