Nursing Emergencies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Consultant to join our team in Gauteng.
This role focuses on expanding our presence in the frail care sector.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with frail care homes and introduce our services.Conduct impactful presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.Collaborate with management to create and present tailored quotes to clients, negotiating terms where necessary.Follow up on client interactions and ensure consistent engagement.Promote the company to healthcare professionals and operational staff.Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their ongoing partnership with us.Provide weekly feedback and performance reports on field activities.Gather and analyze competitor insights to aid strategic planning.Oversee business growth from new opportunities while ensuring existing clients satisfaction.Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed objectives.Requirements: Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and sales, ideally in the healthcare or TES industry.Strong business development, account planning, and partnership management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.Problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Proficiency in MS Office.Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential).Ideal Traits: Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.Highly organized and proactive.Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Working Hours:08h00 17h00 (Monday to Friday).
