Responsibilities Managing Arrear Premiums Engage with clients regarding overdue premium payments.Notify clients about the current status of their policies and the implications of unpaid premiums.Encourage clients to settle arrears or update their payment methods.Clearly explain available payment options to clients.Provide clients with relevant banking details and reference numbers for payments.Verify payment status on the system to confirm receipt of premiums.Conduct follow-ups with clients if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.Educate clients on the potential consequences of missed premium payments. Handling Lapsed Policies Notify clients when their policy has lapsed and explain the impact on their coverage.Persuade clients to reinstate their policies and ensure they understand the benefits of doing so.Gather all required documentation necessary for policy reinstatement.Assist clients in updating or modifying their payment methods to prevent future lapses.Ensure all reinstatement documents are submitted for processing and scanning.
