Business Process & Intelligence Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.Requirements Management: Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.Business Intelligence (BI): Utilise BI tools (e.g., Power BI, ClickView) to build reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.SQL and Database Management: Write SQL queries and manage database structures to extract and analyse data efficiently.Process Modelling: Develop process models using tools such as BPMN, Visio, or ARIS to identify areas of improvement.Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Collaborate with development teams to ensure the alignment of software development with business objectives.Prototyping and Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes to visualise solutions for stakeholders.Business Process Management (BPM): Leverage BPM tools (e.g., ProcessMaker, Oracle BPM, SAP ERP) to streamline business processes.Project Management: Lead or participate in projects, utilising Agile or Scrum methodologies to meet deliverables.Automation and Workflow Tools: Implement automation tools to improve business process efficiency.Required Technical Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business management or related field.Additional Information Technology qualifications will be advantageous5+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or process management roles.Proficiency in business intelligence and BPM tools.Proven project management experience.Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., ClickView, Power BI).Experience with SQL and database management.Familiarity with BPM tools such as ProcessMaker or Oracle BPM.Knowledge of SDLC, process modelling, and wireframing tools.Ability to analyse data and utilise KPIs for performance measurement.Experience in project management, particularly with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
