Our client, a leading innovator in technology for the agricultural sector, is seeking a skilled Business Process Engineer to join their dynamic IT team in Citrusdal.
Full relocation will be provided.
This exciting opportunity leverages your expertise in production environments to design and develop cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to the agricultural industry.
No prior coding or programming experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you master their low-code platform.
If you're ready to combine your engineering knowledge with technology to make an impact, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Use appropriate tools to solve system problems and drive decision-making.
Plan, develop and implement new systems to enhance existing processes.
Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.
Manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders and engineers to support the delivery of a project, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.
Design and implement system integrations to ensure smooth communication between different software platforms and tools.
Translate data into informative reports and use visuals to draw out insights, supporting the business with making data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business Process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with sustainable agricultural practices and innovations.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience within engineering, preferably within agriculture or food production industries.
Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
Proficiency with engineering tools and software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and the ability to integrate them into production processes is a plus.
A passion for improving agricultural systems and production efficiency.
