Business Process Automation Specialist

Our established yet innovative and dynamic client n the Fintech space is in search of a talented, detail-oriented Business Process Automation Specialist with a robust background in RPA technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will lead the entire Business Process Automation life cycle, from identifying opportunities to designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving automation solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide guidance on automation policies, processes, and procedures.Analyze and review business processes to identify opportunities for automation.Lead initiatives to automate tasks and improve productivity.Develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft applications.Ensure data security and compliance throughout automation integration.Partner with teams for quality assurance and testing of automation solutions.Mentor employees and share knowledge through a collaborative process working towards the same goal.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 6 years experience in a similar automation role.Proficiency in tools like Visio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, Teams, Azure, Process Adviser, JIRA, Confluence, and similar.Strong knowledge of RPA, workflow management, and BPM tools.Experience with AI technologies and Power BI for data analysis.Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal and leadership skills.Robotic Process Automation and AI IntegrationThe successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package together with the opportunity to work with a successful, thriving and growing team
