Job DescriptionTo provide operational support and applicable process standards training on the FirstMap Process Management toolIdentify business process improvements (Cost Savings or efficiency improvements)Business Process Communications to key stakeholders and the required stakeholder sign off has been obtained.Interacting and maintaining good relationships with business stakeholders (business users, change management resources, developers, testing and training teams)Assessing, Analyzing, Optimising end-to end business processes that are signed off by the business by documenting business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions and assessing current business processes, procedures and business rulesComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements by providing business process content in order to get the operating procedures updated (Golden Rules) and updating standard Operating Procedures with requisite changesDesigning new and existing business processes, in conjunction with business partners by process mapping – As-Is and To-Be and ensuring that process maps are according to design principles and methodology.Perform a quality assurance by escalating issues so that delivery timeframes are not compromised by ensuring that process changes are measured so that unit cost calculations and turnaround times are accurate (Time standards calculated)Manage own development to increase own competencies.Providing information which contributes to building training manuals/material and providing guidance and support to team membersPlan for value-added process improvements, initiatives, and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives and continuously review objectives and goalsProduce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standardsProvide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertiseIntegrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesProvide business specific input to technical IT teams and third-party vendors to enable system migration projects and the activation of products on the relevant platforms Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationAdditional Requirements: In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check. Managing operational and support calls / queries Basic application and user support Provide / Facilitate FirstMap Process Author, Process Owner, Risk and Targeted Process Standards Training (Refreshers) FirstMap Standards and Training Guide maintenance FirstMap Training schedules & feedback Quality Assurance on applied process standards Maintaining Libraries and structured layouts Assisting users with solutions on how the process tool can be used to meet their specific business need Generating / creating reports Mapping processes according to standards and identifying improvements An understanding of Data Inventory Mappings to monitor the processing of personal information in processes FirstMap experience is required Knowledge of basic SQL scripting is an advantage #Post
