Business Performance Manager – Call Centre Division

FULL TIMEReporting into the CEO of Strive Marketing Services (Pty) LTD , as the Business Performance
Manager in our Call Centre division, you support the development of processes to improve the
performance of our network of Call Centre clients to ensure superior sales and earnings for Strive.
Support them in enhancing their performance on a daily basis. You design and implement
management tools & KPIs to measure and optimize the operations of our data team and work with
the clients to optimize the processes, not within our control.
Responsibilities Organize periodical performance meetings to report on progress with clientsCreate dashboards to monitor performanceHave a finger on the pulse of performance with each clientInterpret disposition data and brief analysts to optimize data selectionsProvide expertise on ad hoc basis to the client teamsWork with the clients and partners to streamline operationsPromote Strive call centre services and assist in business developmentIssue and analyse monthly report and summarise findings and recommendations for CEOHelp identify new ideas to improve business unit performanceRecommend value-added activities that will increase the business earningsStrategy planning, both individually and as a teamPerson Excellent stakeholder relationshipsAgile and Commercial mindsetDemonstrated sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated and
coachableHigh comfort level communicating on the phoneExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organized and flexible with effective time-management skillsGoal-oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly goalsKnowledge of sales Call Centres preferredBachelor's in business administration, marketing, or related field preferredAbility to be a brand ambassador for Strive: Be inspiring, ambitious and fun!Who We Are Strive is a Cape Town based, marketing services business with a cloud-based automation technology platform for marketing agencies and mid-sized businesses that beats top competitors with its features, functionalities, and performance.
