Invivo Partner Management Support Drive market activities to enable Equipment sales in responsible territories.Sales performance monitoring: report management, distribution.Co-ordinate collection and distribution of sales meetings material for team events (agenda, documentation, PPT).Monitor implementation of CRM survey action items.Follow up and manage customers complaints and prevent/minimize escalations.Manage reference site program to collect information about market size, competition, market requirements & trends.Liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare product offerings tailored to the specific customer needs.Partner Management Support: Assist Business Partner Management with the regional support and implementation of the Partner Management Process.Act as the primary contact to partner managers for contract support and monitoring, overall "owns" the documentation.Contract document management, inclusive of archiving, electronic and hardcopy storage as well as distribution.Create partner management dashboard, review, and update on a monthly basis.Partner performance monitoring: Partner Target Agreement and Scorecard management.Assist Partner Manager with administrative functions as needed.To collect information about market size, competition, market requirements & trends.Your expertise: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Medical.Good communication and coordinating skills.Self-Motivation.Networking skills.Strong administrative skills.Knowledge of the Healthcare Radiology/cardiology business.General IT skills, word / Excel / outlook.Experience in logistics & contract management.Deliver under pressure.Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
