In support of IMSAF's ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for a Business Partner LCV: Indirect Sales in the Revenue Generation SACU department.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent technical qualification
Three to four years experience in the motor or truck industry
Driving license
Computer literate (Microsoft suite of products, Autostats, Dealer view, Mainframe system, SAP, Fleet management system)
Understanding of current policies and standards (Isuzu Way, Dealer Business Plans, Identity Standards and Fleet policy)
Must be able to travel
Need to be available to work extended hours over month end (including Saturdays)
Need to be available to Dealers and Fleet always, including after hours
Relationship-focused and team player
Self-motivating / self-starter
Goal-oriented and target-driven
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organization (both internally and externally) and must have good telephone, email, minutes, and bulletin writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist dealers in reaching their business plan objectives
Understand each dealer's respective market and local influences
Track dealer profitability as it relates to the overall business and IMSAF (Isuzu Motors South Africa)
Track and review dealer sales performance and wholesale performance
Ensure a clear understanding of the applicable program and that all dealers have the same understanding
Obtain dealer buy-in and track dealer progress and encourage overachievement
Clear communication with dealers and be easily accessible to dealers
Dealer visits and/or virtual meetings as appropriate
Maintain existing business within your dealer area and look for further opportunities with new potential fleets
Liaise with dealers to visit clients when appropriate or arrange visits to go on your own
Create and update fleet database and determine call cycles
In conjunction with the dealer, understand the client's requirements and look for possible solutions
Ensure all fleet claims are up to date and have been submitted on time
Establish a direct customer link to IMSAF (Isuzu Motors South Africa) - could be with existing dealer customers or new customers
Understand and resolve clients' concerns both internally and externally
Supply accurate marketing competitor intel by gathering opposition information from clients
Issue a clear agenda prior to visits or meetings and ensure adequate preparation prior to the meeting
Fleet registrations / SPAs to be processed and signed off
Understanding the customer purchase cycle and forecasting requirements in order to preempt our ability to supply
