Job Description Resourcery is a professional service provider based in Cape Town providing a wide range of services to clients all around the world, including finance, marketing, analytics, operations, legal and others.
For this particular role, our client is an investment company with a wide range of businesses in Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to support the daily operational needs of the business and portfolio companies.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will provide essential back-office support to ensure smooth operations across various companies.
You will focus on providing operative and administrative support to ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to t he Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Supporting managers across various companies in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records, Providing back-office support for the portfolio companies, facilitating smooth operations while ensuring compliance with internal processes, Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards while maximising the efficiency of all business procedures, Supporting the research and implementation of relevant compliance standards, for example for health and safety standards, Managing company secretarial work, including statutory filings and administrative duties, Handling  travel requests and visa applications processes across various companies, Assisting with basic reporting and documentation for senior management, Working with off-the-shelf systems to manage business operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills As an ideal candidate, you must have the following: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field,  with an emphasis on compliance and statutory duties, Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating between various teams, Having a good understanding of financial terminology and business language, Experience with company secretarial work, statutory filings, and administrative compliance, Financial knowledge and proficiency in business language to support operational tasks, Comfort with off-the-shelf systems and tools to manage business processes, Proficiency in English.

Requirements Qualifications and Skills As an ideal candidate, you must have the following: A graphic design qualification, Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience as graphic designer, Expertise in the most common state-of the-art graphic design tools incl.
Figma and Adobe Suite, Can execute ideas quickly and have no issues to plan your time around deadlines, Work autonomously, manage yourself and are proactive and self-motivated, Excellent organisation skills and are comfortable working collaboratively, Proficient in English fluently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Have a holistic perspective of design and the purpose it serves in our business, Having prior experience in or a strong affinity for Hospitality and Food & Beverage is a plus.
