We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to manage and improve the daily operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes, handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, and facilitate efficient workflows.
 What youâ€TMll do: Performance of day-to-day tasks to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption.
Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution.
Maintain documentation.
Provide recommendations on improvements Your expertise: Solid understanding of billing and finance Troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of finance systems Managing a small team A positive attitude is required with excellent telephone etiquette.
Team player with a good work ethic and attendance record Self-driven - Get the job done.
Qualifications required: National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3 Qualifications preferred : Degree or Diploma in a related discipline ITIL Foundation certification Customer support soft skills Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location: Midrand (Hybrid) Work environment: Quiet office space in the home environment, at client when at work, open plan offices Travel: Must have own vehicle and valid driverâ€TMs license to travel to work and back.
