Key Outputs

Produce BA artefacts, when required
Create use cases, flow/context diagrams as well as Business Case and Requirement analysis documentation for projects and changes allocated
Document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements (if applicable)
Stakeholder management – liaison with key business-unit representatives to review system requirements and verify that solutions are implemented according to requirements; customers; service providers; industry representatives; and external product suppliers.
Manage analysis sessions to ensure appropriate input, and subsequent sign-off of BA deliverables.
Co-ordinate UAT testing with business and external vendors.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through developing a hands-on understanding of Business Unit and Functional Department needs and requirements.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or B Tech in Information Technology
Project Management
Communication skills
Relationship building
Planning and organising
Excellent report writing skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and taking the initiative with minimal prompting
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or process engineer
5 Years experience
