The ideal incumbent of the position will have the following profile: More than ten (10) years of relevant experience in business and operations management, with a tertiary qualification and/or demonstrable expertise in business management, preferably within the water & sanitation, mining, industrial, or construction sectors. Proven knowledge of water & sanitation systems, industrial safety, and quality standards, combined with strong business acumen and maturity, a proven track record of achieving targets, driving business growth, and the ability to think strategically and apply market and business solutions aligned with the broader company strategy Passion for sustainability and the environmental market, with a proactive and innovative approach. Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and follow through, coupled with a deep sense of responsibility, accountability, and a disciplined work ethic, as well as strong negotiation, persuasion, self-awareness, and self-confidence. Strong collaboration, team leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage conflicts, diversity, and team integration.
