ResponsibilitiesStrategically and operationally manage and grow a portfolio of high revenue generating clients. Responsibilities include key relationship management of these clients, seeking, identifying, and exploiting business opportunities for the bank, and growing the portfolio through the acquisition of new clients. Success will be measured through client satisfaction levels, financial performance of the portfolio, sound governance, and new client acquisition.Enhance business performance and profitability.Drive customer service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards and in support of operational objectives.Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and growing the active customer account base.Set tactical goals and optimize the use of people, finances, and technologies to realize those goals.Define a sales strategy and delivery plans in support of the strategic business objectives.Assess and evaluate credit applications in accordance with the Bank's Credit Policy and within set time frames.Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.Manage people by executing line manager responsibilities and creating an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.Ideal Candidate QualificationsFAIS Compliant (RE5).Relevant Business Degree (Financial).2 – 4 years of Credit and 3 – 5 years of Relationship Management and Product Knowledge experience.Candidate must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.In accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA), candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.What You Will Have Access To:Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We Can Be a Match If You Are:Analytical.Financially savvy.Detail-oriented.Technology savvy.Able to deal with customers (problem solving/customer service).Able to interpret financial statements.Experienced in relationship management.Able to network and build lead flow.Are you interested in taking the step?
