Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for driving profitability of the P&L for the Division.
Developing a local "Go-To Market" Strategy in line with the regional strategy and implementing the aligned sales model and channels, following the Group Strategy and the company's overall vision, mission and values.
Breaking down the regional targets received from the Managing Director into targets for local sales teams and individuals.
Defining and implementing marketing strategies, segmentation, promotional plans, and pricing strategies.
Monitoring performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Remaining up to date on market conditions, competitors, clients, and any other factors which may affect the business.
Establishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry, foster academic relationships with scientific societies and professionals in the health sector in areas relevant to the various product portfolios.
Ensuring the coordination of the division with the functional areas of the local organization and global headquarters (Finance, Controlling, Sales Administration, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Supply SCM, Customer Services, etc.).
Leading, inspiring, motivating and developing employees by building a culture of trust, accountability, and diversity.

Professional competencies
University degree in either Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, BPharm or a senior tertiary degree in related field of health sciences.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Management role within a Sales and/or Marketing department of a multi-national Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Strong financial and business acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis and defining sales budgets.
Experience in successful implementation of product strategies in local markets.
Preference will be given to candidates who understand manufacturing processes and costs.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of managing a Sales Team or a Marketing Team.
