Responsibilities:Translate business needs into technical specifications.Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and integrate systems.Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability.Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.Create tools to store data and execute database queries for analysis.Develop visualizations and reports for projects.Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.Evaluate and improve data collection processes and data quality checks.Provide training and support to users on data analytic tools and techniques.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.Minimum Requirements:BSC, BCom, or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Proven industry experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist (automotive industry experience is a plus), minimum 3 years.Proficiency in database management systems and BI technologies.Background in data warehouse design and data mining.Experience with BI technologies (preferably Qliksense or Microsoft Power BI).Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large complex data sets.Experience in other analytical tools such as Python or R.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
