Responsibilities: SQL server 2012 and above relational database developmentStored procedures, Functions, triggersSSIS and SQL queriesSSAS Development and maintenanceDeveloping SSRS reportsWriting more complex queries for specialised requirements on current and new projectsDevelop operational reporting systemsDevelop systems to support operationsEnsure that data sources cater for demands of ad hoc extractsOperations and maintenance of standard, routine queriesOperate, maintain, enhance and optimize queries and systemsEnsure correct preparation of data for all operationsAdditional tasks related to data extracts, automated operations and SQL queries as required Qualifications and experience: BSc Comp Science, industry qualifications or equivalent experienceA minimum of 4 years relevant experienceBusiness Intelligence experience including design and maintenance of dimensional data warehousesMust have SQL server 2012 and relational database development, Stored procedures, Functions, triggers, SSIS, SSAS and SQL query experience, MySQL, MongoDB and Power BISQL Database design and architectureDimensional and relational design conceptsWriting T-SQL ScriptsStored ProceduresKnowledge of OLAP cubes The Reference Number for this position is NG58286 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg offering a cost to company from R600k to R800k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
