A client driven to deliver competitive solutions has an open vacancy for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for developing and maintaining of various client-specific as well as operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights. You will also play a key role in analysing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support decision-making processes Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, Excel and Power Pivot Design, develop and maintain robust SQL databases to support business operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases. Ensure data visualizations are accessible, accurate, and actionable for end-users across the organization. Tailor reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of various clients across different sectors. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role. Experience in a BPO or similar environment is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL and database management. Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Pivot. Experience with Power BI for data visualization. Qlik experience (advantageous) Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing. Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools and platforms (e.g. Azure). The Reference Number for this position is NG 59762 which is a Permanent role based in Durban offering a cost to company of up to R600k to R800k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
