Business Intelligence Analyst - Agriculture

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Agricultural Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar BI or analytical role Ability to understand, analyze, and improve financial and business processes is essential Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI at an advanced level Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to generate reports and present findings to senior leadership Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans, with a collaborative approach The successful candidate will be responsible for: Conducting system evaluations and recommending improvements. Performing product costing analyses and developing effective pricing strategies. Developing and maintaining budgeting tools for both expenses and sales. Collecting, cleaning, and managing data from diverse sources for analysis. Building and maintaining applications to enhance business workflows. Designing, developing, and updating Power BI reports for decision support. Conducting data analysis to inform and drive strategic initiatives.
