This is a part-time role, perfect for someone to gain hands-on experience in business development. It's ideal for students, aspiring entrepreneurs, or anyone looking to deepen their skills in business and communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead Research & Targeting: Conduct research on 8 target companies weekly, identifying relevant contacts and potential project opportunities.Cold Emailing & Follow-Ups: Draft and send cold emails; maintain engagement with scheduled follow-ups to nurture leads.System Creation & Tracking: Build and manage a tracking system to organize outreach, follow-up dates, and responses.Client Engagement Support: Assist in creating targeted outreach materials that align with client needs.Report Progress: Provide weekly and monthly updates on outreach and lead generation activities.Qualifications:Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Prior experience in business development or lead generation is a plus.Compensation:Hourly Rate: R75 - R120Incentives: R300 for each qualified response beyond quota; 1%-1.5% commission on converted leads.
