They are looking to employ a Commercial Business Development Manager / Project Manager who will play a crucial role in business development, project management, understanding and implementing financial and commercial partnerships, etc.Responsibilities:Work together with the Head of Commercial ManagerBusiness Development and salesProject ManagementClient / Stakeholder EngagementCustomer Relationship ManagementIssue Resolution and EscalationCustomer OnboardingCollect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvementDevelop and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer experienceTrack and report on key customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and engagementMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in BOTH project management and Business DevelopmentR 55 000 basic + commission ctc per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
