You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential employers to be compliant with the Health Insurance which is administered by National Risk Managers.Key Performance Areas/Key Responsible AreasManage database of all private security registered employersD Dup against existing employers on the Health InsuranceCold Call companies that are not registered with the Health Insurance.Dealing with all day to day activities that the employer may require.Conclude company registrations and ensure first premium is received.Conduct general administrative duties.Key TasksCold Call companies that are not registered with the Health InsuranceEnsure companies comply with the Health Insurance and understand that the deduction is regulated and thus mandatory.Follow up on leads provided to you by Management.Ensure that growth and financial targets are met.Conclude company registrations and ensure first premium is receivedEnsure all required documentation to register a company has been received and filed accordingly onto company profile.Upload all evidence of inception date confirmation onto company profile.Capture company information onto the CRM portal.Conduct general administrative dutiesEnsure that the necessary departmental reporting is adhered to.Ensure that companies signed up are fully compliant and that the first month's premiums are received before the company is allocated to a designated Employer Relationship Officer.Accurate reporting of client interactions and demonstrated value added needs to be shown.Perform any other task entrusted by Management.Required QualificationsMatricEssential RequirementsExcel SkillsProficient in written communication skillsEssential Experience1 year administrative or cold calling experienceUnderstanding that this role requires you to be confident in speaking and emailing your clients.When will the job be performed?Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30Saturday 08:30 - 14:30Occasional Overtime and SaturdaysRequired Knowledge and SkillsExcellent customer service skillsGood listening skillsGood interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsGood computer skillsExceptional problem solving skillsGood organisational skillsDesired attributesSelf motivatedTarget drivenAble to work under pressureWell groomed and presentableWork IndependentlySense of responsibilityPatienceHonest, hardworking and humblePackage & RemunerationMarket related - Monthly
